Role Overview
FriendsJob is hiring Picker Packers for BigBasket’s warehouse in Jamalpur, Mohali. This role is well-suited for individuals who are detail-oriented, organized, and eager to grow within the warehouse and logistics industry. As a Picker Packer, you will be directly responsible for preparing and packing customer orders with precision and care.
Compensation & Benefits
Take-Home Salary: ₹13,500 – ₹16,000 per month
CTC: Up to ₹18,000 per month (including PF & ESI)
Overtime allowance as per company policy

Key Responsibilities
Accurately pick items from storage shelves based on customer orders.
Pack products securely to maintain quality during transit.
Affix correct labels and documentation on each package.
Inspect products for quality before packing.
Maintain organized storage areas for efficiency.
Assist in loading prepared orders for dispatch.
Follow all warehouse safety protocols and operational guidelines.
Eligibility Criteria
Minimum education: 8th/10th pass (Higher Secondary preferred)
Basic literacy and numeracy skills
Physical fitness to handle packages and stand for extended periods
Ability to work in a fast-paced warehouse environment
Prior experience in warehouse or packing roles preferred but not mandatory

6 days per week with rotational weekly off
