Position Title: Picker/Packer – Blinkit Fulfillment Center
Location: Ghaziabad, Uttar Pradesh

Salary Structure:
• ₹11,500 per month (Fixed In-Hand)
• ₹1,500 Monthly Attendance Incentive
• ₹1,500 Night Shift Allowance (where applicable)

Key Responsibilities
The successful applicant will have the following duties:
• Correctly picking items from inventory as per system-generated instructions (through mobile applications or handheld scanners)
• Packaging FMCG and grocery items as per Blinkit’s packaging guidelines to provide product safety and quality while in transit
• Labeling orders effectively and getting them ready for shipping via the correct logistics channel
• Assisting inventory staff with minor stock counting, cycle checks, and physical verification activities
• Ensuring a clean, tidy, and safety-compliant workstation
• Notifying the warehouse supervisor of any damaged or missing items for immediate action
• Maintaining strict compliance with company procedures and safety protocols at all times during the shift
• Cooperating with warehouse supervisors and coworkers in order to achieve daily fulfillment goals
This position requires high levels of responsibility, pace, and reliability—traits that are a must for any professional serving as a Picker/Packer.

Candidate Requirements
• Minimum education qualification: Matriculation (10th pass)
• Physical fitness is required since the job entails extended periods of standing, lifting, and moving packages
• Shift work capability, including night and weekend shifts based on business needs
• Warehouse, order fulfillment, or logistics background will be a strong plus
• Basic literacy and numeracy to work with scanners and pick/pack slips
• Excellent work ethic and punctuality, with the ability to achieve performance targets
