Job Summary:
Best Concern Services Pvt. Ltd. is hiring reliable and detail-oriented Picker Packers for our warehouse operations in Ghaziabad. The role involves selecting items from inventory, packing them securely, and preparing them for dispatch in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Pick and pack products as per order instructions or scanner-based systems
Verify quality and accuracy of items before packing
Label and seal packages for shipment
Maintain cleanliness and safety in the work area
Assist with loading/unloading of goods when required
Report damaged items or inventory issues to supervisors
Follow company safety and operational guidelines
Requirements:
Minimum education: 10th pass or equivalent preferred
Previous warehouse experience is a plus
Ability to lift 25–50 lbs and perform physically demanding tasks
Strong attention to detail and accuracy
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team
Basic reading, writing, and numeracy skills
Salary & Benefits:
Monthly Salary: ₹16,000 – ₹20,000
