Job Overview
As a Kisan Konnect Picker/Packer, you will ensure that customer orders are accurately picked, packed, and prepared for dispatch. It is a physically demanding warehouse role that includes handling inventory, scanning products, and making sure that the packing standards meet quality benchmarks. Key Responsibilities
Pick products off the shelves according to order slips using handheld scanners or manual lists.
Pack items in cartons or delivery bags with correct labelling and careful handling.
Perform quality checks to ensure no expired or damaged products are packed.
Collaborate with warehouse supervisors and inventory staff to organize stock.
Maintain cleanliness and safety standards in the packing area.
Assist with stock arrangement, loading/unloading, and sorting of goods when needed.
Update the status of picked orders in the system or with team leads.
Adhere to packaging procedures according to product category—fruits, vegetables, grocery items, and more.

Salary & Benefits
₹14,340 in hand salary per month.
₹19,000 CTC inclusive of PF, ESI, and attendance bonus.
