We are recruiting experienced and enthusiastic Picker/Packer professionals for our warehouse operations in Palava, Maharashtra. The role involves efficient picking, safe packing, and timely dispatching of goods. Ideal candidates must be physically fit, responsible, and open to rotational shifts in a well-structured logistics environment.

🔧 Major Responsibilities
Pick items accurately using handheld scanners or printed order sheets
Pack products safely, following company packaging standards
Label packages correctly and prepare for on-time dispatch
Maintain cleanliness and organization of the warehouse area
Support inventory restocking, audits, and reporting damaged goods
Comply with all standard operating and safety procedures
Consistently meet assigned targets for productivity and accuracy

🎓 Eligibility Criteria
Minimum Qualification: 10th Pass (SSC or equivalent)
Experience in warehouse or logistics preferred (Freshers may also apply)
Physically fit – able to lift moderate weights and stand for extended periods
Willing to work rotational shifts, including nights and weekends
Basic warehouse knowledge is a plus
Punctual, detail-oriented, and a cooperative team player
