Job Title: Picker Packer – Warehouse & Logistics (Sector 31, Faridabad)

Job Overview:
We are actively hiring Picker Packers for a leading e-commerce warehouse located in Sector 31, Faridabad. As a Picker Packer, you will play a vital role in warehouse operations, ensuring accurate picking, packing, labeling, and dispatching of customer orders. This is an excellent opportunity for individuals looking to work in a fast-paced logistics environment and grow their career in warehouse management.
Key Responsibilities:
Pick products accurately as per the order list using handheld scanners or manual systems.
Pack products safely in the designated packaging materials.
Label parcels correctly and prepare them for dispatch.
Maintain cleanliness and order in the packing area.
Follow safety and quality control procedures.
Assist in inventory checks and stock audits as required.
Report any product or packaging defects to the supervisor.
Work in coordination with warehouse supervisors and dispatch teams.
Eligibility Criteria:
Minimum 8th Pass / 10th Pass or above.
Physically fit and able to lift/move packages (up to 15 kg).
Willing to work in rotational shifts and weekends if required.
Basic reading and counting skills to match product codes.
Prior experience in warehousing or logistics is a plus but not mandatory.
Shift Details:
Day and Night Shifts Available (8–9 hours/day)
Weekly Off on Rotation
Overtime (OT) applicable as per company policy
