📌 Job Summary:
FriendsJob is currently hiring dedicated and detail-oriented candidates for the role of Picker/Packer at a Blinkit warehouse facility in Shahpur Bamheta. This position offers a great opportunity to join a fast-paced e-commerce supply chain, where efficiency and precision are key to ensuring smooth order fulfillment. Candidates with a basic understanding of warehouse processes or a willingness to learn are welcome to apply.
🔧 Key Responsibilities:
Accurately pick products from shelves based on digital or printed order slips.
Pack goods safely using appropriate packaging materials to avoid damage during transit.
Label and organize packages for dispatch as per shipping standards.
Maintain cleanliness and inventory accuracy within the warehouse environment.
Follow all safety and hygiene protocols as defined by Blinkit.
Coordinate with supervisors in case of inventory discrepancies or damaged goods.
✅ Eligibility Criteria:
Education: Minimum 10th Pass
Age Limit: 18–35 years
Should be physically fit and able to handle lifting and standing tasks during the shift.
Willingness to work in rotational shifts, including weekends and extended hours if required.
Prior experience in warehouse, packing, or logistics roles is preferred but not mandatory.
Basic knowledge of order scanning devices or inventory software is a plus.
