Role Overview
The Picker/Packer will be responsible for collecting items from inventory, packing them efficiently, and preparing them for delivery. This role is key to maintaining product quality, order accuracy, and timely dispatch.
Responsibilities:
Pick products carefully according to order requirements.
Pack items securely to prevent damage during storage and delivery.
Maintain a clean, organized, and safe warehouse environment.
Assist in inventory tracking and stock verification.
Work with warehouse colleagues to achieve daily operational targets.
Report any shortages, damages, or discrepancies immediately.
