Job Summary:
We are seeking a reliable and dedicated Picker/Packer to join our warehouse operations in Sri Ganganagar, Rajasthan. The ideal candidate will be responsible for picking and packing customer orders accurately and efficiently, while ensuring quality and safety standards are maintained.

Key Responsibilities:
Accurately pick items from inventory as per order sheets or scanners
Pack items securely for shipping or delivery
Label packages properly and prepare them for dispatch
Check items for damage or defects before packing
Maintain cleanliness and organization in the warehouse
Assist in loading/unloading goods when needed
Follow safety protocols and company procedures
Report inventory discrepancies or damaged goods

Required Qualifications & Skills:
Minimum 10th Pass (Matriculation)
Ability to read, write, and perform basic calculations
Physically fit and able to lift up to 20 kg
Strong attention to detail
Team player with a good work ethic
Prior warehouse experience is a plus but not mandatory

Work Conditions:
Standing and walking for long periods
Fast-paced warehouse environment
May involve working in shifts (morning/evening)
