Their responsibilities include recruitment, compensation, benefits, training, and employee relations Recruitment Create job descriptions, Recruit applicants, and Place workers.Training and development Design onboarding and training programs and Help employees develop their skills. Compensation and benefits Manage employee benefits, Process payroll, and Handle questions about benefits and payroll. Employee relations create a positive working environment, facilitate positive employee relationships, resolve conflicts, and act as a liaison between employees and managers.

Participate in conversations about employee policies
Work with management to develop an organizational structure
