Key Responsibilities:
Develop and implement lesson plans tailored to preschool children’s developmental needs.
Manage classroom activities and maintain a safe, productive environment.
Deliver interactive lessons to encourage curiosity and learning.
Monitor and assess student progress, providing feedback to enhance learning outcomes.
Maintain open communication with parents regarding their child’s development.
Prepare and organize educational materials to support teaching activities.

Maintain accurate records of attendance, progress, and other relevant information.

Requirements:
Relevant teaching degree or diploma (D.Ed, B.Ed) preferred.
Prior experience in preschool teaching or childcare is an advantage.
Strong communication skills for effective interaction with students, parents, and colleagues.
Patience, empathy, and a genuine passion for early childhood education.
Organizational skills to plan and execute effective lessons and activities.
