Job Description
FriendsJob is hiring an experienced and dynamic Recruitment Officer to join our HR team in Hyderabad. If you have hands-on experience in high-volume hiring, talent acquisition, and team leadership—especially within BPO or staffing environments—this role is perfect for you.
As a Recruitment Officer at FriendsJob, you will manage end-to-end recruitment activities, lead hiring targets, drive team performance, and collaborate closely with stakeholders to ensure smooth hiring operations and business objectives.

Key Responsibilities
Talent Acquisition: Drive full recruitment cycle, ensuring timely hiring for business needs at FriendsJob.
Workforce Planning: Allocate resources and manage manpower planning to meet recruitment goals.
Team Development: Guide and mentor junior recruiters through training, coaching, and performance checks.
Candidate Management: Maintain strong applicant pipeline, manage interviews, and ensure positive candidate experience.
Stakeholder Collaboration: Coordinate with internal teams to align hiring plans and support business growth.
Reporting & Analysis: Maintain hiring trackers, dashboards, and performance reports.
Escalation Handling: Address recruitment-related issues and provide effective solutions.
Additional Duties: Support HR leadership with recruitment projects as required.

Requirements
Bachelor’s Degree in any stream
2–7 years of experience in recruitment (BPO hiring preferred)
Proven ability in bulk / volume hiring
Excellent communication & negotiation skills
Strong leadership & team-handling abilities
Proficiency in MS Office tools
Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
Male candidates preferred
