🔎 Surveillance & Monitoring:

Issuing visitor passes and maintaining entry/exit logs accurately
🧯 Emergency Response:
Act promptly during emergencies such as fire, theft, or medical incidents
Follow defined safety protocols and coordinate with emergency services when necessary
📋 Reporting & Documentation:
Maintain daily logbooks, shift reports, and incident records
Handover important information during shift changes
👷 Public Interaction:
Provide basic guidance or directions to visitors
Maintain courteous and professional behavior at all times
⚠️ Compliance & Inspections:
Ensure all safety measures are in place, including fire safety checks
Follow company guidelines, safety standards, and government regulations

✅ Candidate Requirements
🎓 Educational Qualification:
Minimum: 8th Pass
Higher education is an advantage but not mandatory
👤 Age Limit:
Preferred age: 21 to 45 years
🪪 Experience:
0 to 3 years of experience in a similar role
Freshers with a disciplined and serious attitude are encouraged to apply
🗣️ Language Skills:
Basic communication in Hindi (English is an added advantage)
💪 Physical Requirements:
Good physical condition, alertness, and mental presence
Must be reliable, punctual, and able to work night/day shifts
