Role Overview
As a Senior Accountant, you will manage end-to-end accounting operations including ledger management, taxation, compliance, and financial reporting. You will play a key role in ensuring financial accuracy, guiding junior accountants, and supporting management in strategic decision-making.

Key Responsibilities
Handle full accounting cycle including accounts payable, receivable, and general ledger.
Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.
Ensure compliance with GST, TDS, Income Tax, and other statutory requirements.
Manage audits and coordinate with internal/external auditors.
Oversee payroll processing and reconciliation activities.
Develop and implement accounting policies and internal controls.
Mentor and guide junior accounting staff for smooth workflow.
Provide financial analysis and reports to management for decision-making.

Qualifications & Skills
Qualification: B.Com / M.Com / MBA in Finance / CA-Inter preferred.
Minimum 4–7 years of relevant accounting experience.
Proficiency in Tally ERP, MS Excel, and accounting software.
Strong knowledge of GST, TDS, and Indian Accounting Standards.
Analytical mindset with excellent attention to detail.
Strong communication and team management skills.

Salary & Benefits
Monthly Salary: ₹35,000 – ₹45,000 (depending on experience & interview).
