Key Responsibilities
Manage transfer of materials from central warehouse to various project sites.
Handle stock management including ordering, receiving, transferring, and storing.
Ensure accurate record-keeping of approved and issued stock.
Perform periodic physical stock audits and maintain inventory accuracy.
Ensure zero expired stock in storage.
Record inward & outward movement of materials.
Coordinate with internal departments to forecast and fulfill material requirements.
Ensure timely dispatch of items to project locations.
Report stock shortages or issues to management promptly.
Requirements
Minimum 7+ years of experience in store & warehouse management (construction field preferred).
Bachelor’s degree required; Civil/Construction background preferred.
Strong knowledge of warehouse operations and inventory systems.
Excellent communication, organizational, and analytical skills.
Ability to work in a deadline-driven, fast-paced environment.
Male candidates preferred (as per field-related requirements).
Candidates from Chennai preferred.
Willingness to travel up to 25% if required.
