📝 Job Summary
FriendsJob is hiring experienced and motivated professionals for the role of Warehouse Supervisor at Blinkit’s fulfillment center in Sector 105, Noida. This is a leadership role that involves managing daily warehouse operations, ensuring timely order processing, team coordination, and maintaining inventory accuracy. Ideal for candidates with prior warehouse/logistics experience and strong organizational skills.
🔧 Key Responsibilities
Supervise daily warehouse operations including inbound and outbound processes.
Allocate tasks to pickers/packers and delivery associates to ensure productivity targets.
Ensure orders are processed accurately and dispatched on time.
Conduct regular audits for inventory control and stock accuracy.
Enforce safety, hygiene, and compliance standards in the facility.
Resolve team issues and coordinate with HR/admin when needed.
Generate reports on shift performance, order flow, and manpower utilization.
Train and guide new joiners on Blinkit SOPs and warehouse protocols.
✅ Candidate Requirements
Education: Minimum 12th Pass; Graduate preferred.
Experience: 1–3 years in warehouse/logistics/supervisor roles.
Age: 20–35 years.
Strong leadership and people management skills.
Knowledge of WMS (Warehouse Management System) or inventory software is a plus.
Flexible to work in rotational shifts and under high-pressure situations.
Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
