Key Responsibilities:
Direct and manage day-to-day field or site operations to achieve production and operation goals.
Manage labor deployment, coordinate task scheduling, and track performance across various operational units.

Candidate Profile & Qualifications:
Diploma / ITI / Graduate degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Industrial Engineering, or equivalent discipline.
2–6 years of experience in a supervisory or team management role within a field, plant, or manufacturing environment.
Freshers with strong technical knowledge and leadership aptitude are encouraged to apply.
Competency in handling team schedules, tracking production statistics, and settling operational problems efficiently.
Knowledge in rudimentary ERP systems, MS Office, and computer reporting tools.
Excellent interpersonal skills, leadership traits, and decision-making skills.
Willingness to work flexible hours or rotational shifts, as operation requirements may dictate.

Preferred Qualities
Prior experience with FMCG, plastic, electrical, construction, or machinery-based sectors will be an advantage.
Locally based candidates from Sector 100 or proximate locations are desired to minimize transportation hassle and reliance on outside expertise.
