Job Role: Telecaller
Location: Govind Nagar, Uttar Pradesh
Monthly Salary: ₹15,000 – ₹18,000 (based on interview & skills)

Key Responsibilities
Handle both inbound and outbound calls efficiently.
Provide clear information about products/services to customers.
Resolve queries and ensure customer satisfaction.
Maintain accurate call logs and records.
Work with the sales and support team to achieve daily/weekly targets.
Build and maintain positive relationships with clients.
Required Skills
Excellent communication in Hindi, basic English preferred.
Confidence, politeness, and patience while talking to customers.
Ability to work under pressure and meet performance goals.
Good listening and persuasive skills.
Basic knowledge of computers (MS Excel, MS Word preferred).
Eligibility
Qualification: Minimum 12th pass, Graduate preferred.
Freshers and experienced candidates are welcome.
