Key Responsibilities:
Make outbound calls to prospective customers from the provided database
Explain company products/services clearly and persuasively
Follow-up with interested leads and convert them into confirmed customers
Maintain accurate records of calls, inquiries, feedback, and appointments
Handle basic customer queries, complaints, and coordinate with the internal team
Meet daily/weekly calling and lead conversion targets
Work collaboratively with the sales/support team to improve overall performance
Maintain a professional tone on all customer interactions
Eligibility Criteria:
Minimum qualification: 12th Pass / Graduate (any stream)
Strong verbal communication skills in Hindi (Basic English is a plus)
Good convincing power and interpersonal skills
Basic computer knowledge (MS Excel, CRM entry preferred)
Freshers or candidates with prior telecalling/BPO experience are encouraged to apply
Must be punctual, energetic, and target-driven
