About the Role
Friendsjob is hiring a motivated and confident Telecaller for our client in Pauri Garhwal, Uttarakhand. The ideal candidate should possess excellent communication skills, customer-handling confidence, and a positive attitude.
This role involves connecting with customers, providing information about services, explaining product details, and maintaining strong customer relationships.
Key Responsibilities
Make outbound calls to potential and existing customers
Explain company services and offers clearly and professionally
Maintain customer records in the system
Follow up with leads and convert inquiries into confirmed customers
Handle customer queries and escalate issues when required
Meet daily/weekly calling and conversion targets
Required Skills
Good communication skills in Hindi (Basic English preferred)
Confident and polite phone etiquette
Basic computer knowledge (MS Excel, data entry)
Ability to handle customer objections patiently
Goal-oriented and positive mindset
