Key Responsibilities
Handle inbound and outbound calls professionally to assist customers.
Explain company products/services clearly to potential clients.
Maintain accurate records of customer interactions in CRM/software.

Meet daily/weekly calling targets as assigned by the supervisor.
Provide excellent customer support and resolve queries promptly.

Required Qualifications
Minimum 12th pass (Graduates preferred).
Excellent verbal communication in Hindi (English is an advantage).
Basic knowledge of computers and MS Office.
Prior experience in Telecalling/Customer Care is a plus, but freshers are welcome.
Positive attitude, convincing power, and good listening skills.
