FriendsJob is hiring confident and enthusiastic Telecallers to join our growing team. The ideal candidate should have good communication skills, a polite and professional tone, and the ability to manage both outbound and inbound customer calls effectively.

🔧 Key Tasks
📞 Make outbound calls to prospective candidates/customers
📲 Receive incoming calls and provide relevant information
🔁 Conduct follow-up calls and maintain proper call records
💼 Explain job vacancies or services offered by the company
🤝 Build and maintain positive relationships over the phone
📋 Update and manage daily call logs and reporting sheets

✅ Requirements
🎓 Minimum Qualification: 12th pass (Graduates preferred)
🗣️ Proficient in Hindi (Basic English is a plus)
🎙️ Polite, confident, and professional speaking tone
💻 Basic computer knowledge (Excel, WhatsApp, etc.)
🎯 Ability to work in a target-driven environment
📌 Previous telecalling or customer service experience is a bonus, not mandatory
