Key Responsibilities:
Manage, mentor, and support a team of telecallers to achieve both individual and collective sales targets.
Understand client requirements and help the team frame effective and persuasive sales pitches.
Drive lead conversion and consistently meet or exceed sales goals.
Work on both provided and self-sourced leads to expand the sales funnel.
Monitor performance metrics, provide coaching and feedback, and ensure adherence to processes and standards.

Candidate Requirements:
A minimum of a Bachelor’s Degree (in any field).
2–4 years of relevant experience in telesales or telecalling roles.
Excellent communication and leadership skills.
Results-driven attitude with a strong desire to grow professionally.
