About the Role
Best Concern Services Pvt. Ltd. is looking for a driven and experienced Telecalling Manager to lead our energetic telesales team in Faridabad. This position is ideal for professionals with a strong foundation in telecalling or telesales who are ready to step into a leadership role and guide their team toward achieving high-impact results in a fast-paced, B2B-focused environment.

Key Responsibilities
Lead and manage a team of telecallers to ensure achievement of individual and team sales targets.
Coach team members on best practices in sales communication and customer engagement.
Monitor daily operations, evaluate performance, and provide constructive feedback.
Work on company-provided and self-generated leads to boost conversions.
Track key performance metrics, generate reports, and implement improvement strategies.
Maintain a high standard of customer service and ensure consistent quality across all calls.
Collaborate with other departments to align sales goals with overall business strategy.

Candidate Requirements
A Bachelor’s Degree in any discipline.
2 to 4 years of experience in telecalling, telesales, or customer acquisition roles.
Strong communication, leadership, and organizational skills.
Ability to manage a team, handle targets, and work under pressure.
Proficient with CRM tools and sales reporting methods (preferred but not mandatory).
