About the Role:
Best Concern Services Pvt. Ltd. is looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Telecaller Executive to join our customer service team in Jaipur. This position is perfect for candidates with strong communication skills and a passion for helping customers, especially in the banking and financial services sector. Your primary role will be to assist customers over the phone and provide information on products like loans and credit cards.

Key Responsibilities:
Customer Interaction: Make outbound calls to address customer inquiries and offer product guidance.
Professional Communication: Maintain a polite, empathetic, and professional tone during all customer interactions.
CRM Updates: Enter and update accurate customer data in the internal systems.
Product Guidance: Clearly explain features of loan and credit card products to interested customers.
Team Support: Collaborate with colleagues to ensure efficient operations and collective success.

Candidate Requirements:
Education: Minimum qualification of 12th Pass; higher education is a plus.
Experience: 1–2 years of prior experience in telecalling, customer service, or sales roles.
Languages: Must be fluent in Hindi and English.
Preferred Skills: Familiarity with basic banking processes, credit cards, loan products, and understanding of CIBIL scores will be a bonus.

Job Details:
Location: Jaipur (on-site only)
Working Days: 6 days a week (Sunday off)
Shift Timing: Day shift
