📝 Role Summary
Best Concern Services Pvt. Ltd. is seeking a motivated and articulate Telesales Executive to join our sales team in Miranpur Pinvat. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating revenue by engaging with customers over the phone, explaining product offerings, and closing sales effectively.

🎯 Key Responsibilities
Initiate outbound calls to prospective clients to present and sell products/services.
Understand customer requirements and provide appropriate solutions.
Record all customer interactions and sales activities in CRM systems.
Consistently meet or exceed sales targets and KPIs.
Follow up with leads and maintain strong client relationships.
Handle customer objections and ensure customer satisfaction.

✅ Candidate Requirements
Minimum education: 12th pass; graduates are preferred.
Strong verbal communication skills in Hindi and/or Gujarati; English proficiency is a plus.
Previous experience in tele sales or customer service is an advantage.
Confident, persuasive, and target-driven mindset.
Basic computer skills and experience with CRM software are preferred.
