🔧 Job Responsibilities
As a Delivery Executive for Zomato in Noida, your daily tasks will include:
🚴 Picking up food or grocery items from Zomato partner restaurants, cloud kitchens, or hubs.
🧾 Delivering orders accurately to customer locations using maps and optimized routes.
💳 Handling cash and online payments responsibly, ensuring correct billing and providing receipts where needed.
🧍 Communicating courteously with customers and ensuring a smooth and satisfactory delivery experience.
📦 Verifying order details, quantity, packaging condition, and special instructions before departure.
📱 Staying connected with Zomato’s delivery app for real-time tracking, order updates, and support.
⏱ Managing your delivery timeline efficiently to reduce delays and meet on-time delivery goals.
🧭 Understanding and using GPS-based navigation tools to plan efficient routes across Noida sectors and nearby areas.
🧹 Maintaining cleanliness and operational readiness of your delivery vehicle or bike (if applicable).
🆘 Promptly reporting order issues, customer complaints, or system malfunctions to the Zomato support team.

🎓 Eligibility Criteria
Education: Minimum 10th Pass; All educational levels are welcome
Experience: Freshers and candidates with up to 6 months of experience in delivery/courier/logistics roles are welcome

Age: 18 years and above
Driving License: Valid 2-wheeler license (if using own bike); optional for foot deliveries
