We’re hiring an experienced and motivated Warehouse Supervisor to oversee daily warehouse activities in Sector 80, Noida. You’ll be responsible for managing pickers, packers, loaders, and delivery coordination while ensuring quality, safety, and speed.

Key Responsibilities:
Supervise and assign tasks to warehouse staff: pickers, sorters, loaders
Ensure smooth inbound and outbound flow of goods
Maintain inventory control and prevent stock mismatches
Monitor attendance, break times, and shift rotations
Prepare daily reports and escalate operational delays
Ensure packaging quality and safe loading of items
Coordinate with the Hub Lead, Delivery Executives & vendors
Enforce safety standards and cleanliness across the warehouse
Candidate Requirements:
Minimum Qualification: 12th Pass (Graduates preferred)
1–3 years of experience in warehousing, logistics, or supply chain
Basic computer skills – Excel, Google Sheets, MIS
Good communication and team management skills
Ability to handle fast-paced warehouse environments
Physically fit and comfortable with rotational shifts
