Keeping candidate data in correct format and following up on status regularly
Maintaining minimum day/week candidate follow-ups and conversions

Candidate Requirements:
Must have an Android smartphone with reliable internet connectivity
Minimum educational qualification: 10th Pass (12th/Graduates preferred)
Basic written communication skills in English, Hindi, or Telugu
Self-motivated, target-driven individual
Good networking and persuasive skills
Will to work independently and create your own schedule
Experience of prior recruitment is a plus but not a requirement – Freshers are also welcomed Can maintain confidentiality and professionalism in handling candidates

Earnings & Incentives:
₹400 will be given for each successful candidate joining
No guaranteed salary – this is a strictly performance-based position
You can earn ₹10,000 to ₹15,000 per month based on your recruiting performance
The more recruits you get to join, the more you earn – no upper limit
Payouts on a weekly or monthly basis (as decided by company policy)
