Major Responsibilities:
Recruit candidates through job websites, WhatsApp groups, social media, and personal contacts
List job openings posted by FriendsJob and accurately describe job positions to the candidates
Screen candidates to check for suitability and interest
Arrange interviews and manage communication with recruitment teams
Keep track of candidate progress in an organized manner and maintain timely follow-ups
Achieve weekly performance and conversion targets through FriendsJob assistance

✅ Candidate Criteria:
Own an Android phone with consistent internet
Minimum qualification: 10th pass (12th or graduation is preferred)
Basic English or Hindi (Telugu may be considered)
Good interpersonal and persuasive skills
Capable to work independently and responsibly
Freshers are welcome – No recruitment experience required
Must treat candidate data professionally and confidentially

Earnings & Incentives:
₹400 for each successful candidate hired through FriendsJob via Friends
Performance-based earnings; no guaranteed monthly salary
Average earning capacity ₹10,000 to ₹15,000/month or more
