Role Overview
The Picker/Packer will play a vital role in warehouse operations, ensuring that all customer orders are picked, packed, and dispatched accurately and hygienically. The ideal candidate should be physically fit, responsible, and capable of working in a temperature-controlled environment while adhering to strict food safety protocols.

Key Responsibilities
Accurately pick meat, seafood, and frozen items according to order specifications
Pack products securely using approved materials to maintain freshness and quality
Ensure hygiene and cleanliness in cold storage and packaging areas
Conduct quality checks on items including expiry dates, labels, and packaging before dispatch
Collaborate with warehouse supervisors and delivery teams for efficient order processing
Adhere to Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and food safety guidelines at all times

Candidate Requirements
Minimum education: 10th Pass
Physically capable of working in cold storage environments
Basic smartphone proficiency for order management and communication
Must reside in or around Narayanpur
Willingness to work in rotational shifts (morning/evening)
Prior experience in warehousing, logistics, packaging, or FMCG is advantageous
