 Job Title: Picker/Packer
 Work Location: Baner, Pune, Maharashtra
Industry: Top E-commerce & Logistics Company
In-hand Salary: ₹13,500/month
Gross CTC: ₹17,000/month (Including PF & ESI)
Night Shift Overtime Pay: ₹108/hour
Type of Employment: Full-Time | Rotational Shifts

 Major Responsibilities
Pick products accurately using handheld scanners or printed pick lists
Pack items safely as per company packaging standards and safety guidelines
Label parcels correctly and arrange them for dispatch
Maintain a clean, organized, and clutter-free warehouse environment
Assist with restocking, inventory checks, and damage reporting
Follow operational and safety protocols strictly
Consistently meet assigned targets for productivity and accuracy

 Eligibility Criteria
Minimum Qualification: 10th Pass (SSC or Equivalent)
Experience in warehouse/logistics preferred (Freshers welcome)
Physically capable of lifting light weights and standing for extended hours
Willing to work in rotational shifts, including night and weekends
Basic knowledge of warehouse operations is a plus
Should be punctual, team-oriented, and detail-focused

 Salary & Benefits
 In-hand Salary: ₹13,500/month
Gross CTC: ₹17,000/month (Including PF & ESI contributions)
Night Shift Overtime Pay: ₹108/hour
Company-provided ID card and uniform
Monthly salary credited directly to your bank account
