Position: Picker/Packer – FreshToHome (Non-Vegetarian Product Handling)
Location: Paharpur

Role Summary
The Picker/Packer is a key member of the warehouse team, responsible for accurately picking and packing customer orders while maintaining hygiene and efficiency in a cold-storage environment. Ideal candidates should be physically fit, dependable, and capable of working in temperature-controlled settings.
Key Responsibilities
Select meat, seafood, and frozen products according to order requirements
Pack items securely to maintain freshness and avoid damage during transit
Ensure cleanliness and hygiene in all work areas, especially cold storage
Perform routine quality checks for expiry dates, packaging, and labeling
Coordinate with supervisors and delivery staff for smooth operations
Follow all company protocols, safety standards, and SOPs
Candidate Profile
Minimum education required: 10th Pass
Must be physically fit and comfortable working in cold storage environments
Basic knowledge of smartphones for handling order apps or internal communication
Preference for candidates residing in or near Terva
Open to working in rotational shifts (morning/evening)
Experience in warehousing, packaging, logistics, or FMCG is a plus
