Salary: ₹16,000 – ₹17,000 per month

We are hiring enthusiastic and reliable Picker/Packer professionals to support our growing warehouse operations in Sector 63, Noida. The ideal candidate should be physically fit, punctual, and capable of working efficiently in a fast-paced logistics environment. Key Responsibilities:
Accurately pick products from shelves or storage units based on order slips or handheld devices.
Pack and label goods securely in compliance with packaging standards.
Prepare parcels for dispatch and hand them over to delivery teams.
Maintain cleanliness and organization on the warehouse floor.
Participate in inventory checks, restocking, and reporting damaged/missing items.
Adhere to safety guidelines and standard operating procedures (SOPs).
Meet daily productivity and quality targets as assigned by the supervisor.
Eligibility Criteria:
Education: Minimum 10th Pass (SSC)
Experience: Freshers may apply; prior warehouse experience is a plus.
Skills Required:
Basic understanding of warehouse operations
Ability to lift, carry, and stand for extended periods
Good teamwork and communication
Willingness to work in rotational shifts, including night shifts
Salary & Benefits:
Fixed Monthly Salary: ₹16,000 – ₹17,000 (based on experience and performance)
