Picker / Packer Jobs in Sector 63, Noida

Job Title: Picker/Packer – Blinkit
Location: Sector 63, Noida
Salary: ₹16,000 – ₹17,000 per month
Job Type: Full-time
Shifts: Rotational (Day/Night)

Position Overview:
Blinkit is looking for committed Picker/Packers for its Sector 63, Noida warehouse. The right candidates will be entrusted with the job of picking and packing orders of customers with utmost accuracy to ensure timely and efficient dispatch.

Key Responsibilities:
Pick products from stock according to order information
Pack goods carefully with proper labeling and paperwork
Utilize handheld scanners to monitor movement of stock
Implement cleanliness and safety protocols in the warehouse
Work collaboratively with teammates to achieve daily goals

Candidate Requirements:
Minimum qualification: 10th pass
Age between 18 to 35 years
Good physical health, capable of standing and lifting packages for long hours
Basic literacy in Hindi or English
Previous experience in warehouse or logistics would be a plus but not essential

Compensation & Benefits
Monthly salary: ₹16,000 – ₹17,000
Payment of overtime as applicable
Provident Fund and ESI benefits
Weekly off on rotational basis
Uniform and safety equipment given
Training for onboarding and continuous basis
