🔧 Key Responsibilities
🛒 Customer Engagement & Assistance:
Greet walk-in customers courteously and professionally.
Understand customer needs and assist them in identifying suitable products.
Provide accurate information about products, pricing, availability, and ongoing promotions.
Maintain a polite and helpful attitude throughout customer interactions to encourage repeat business.
💳 Billing & Transaction Handling:
Operate billing counters, handle POS machines, and manage cash/card payments securely.
Generate bills or receipts and ensure customer satisfaction during checkout.
Balance daily cash collections and hand over earnings to the designated authority.
Maintain transaction records, invoices, and other relevant documents accurately.
🧹 Cleanliness & Store Organization:
Maintain store cleanliness and hygiene standards at all times.
Ensure product labels are correctly placed and price tags are clearly visible.
Organize store displays for promotions, seasonal stock, or daily highlights.
Dispose of damaged packaging and expired products according to store policies.
📋 Store Administration & Reporting:
Assist with daily store opening and closing routines.
Maintain basic reports like daily sales logs, product returns, and customer feedback.
Coordinate with the store manager for replenishment and vendor communication.
Adhere to company policies, safety rules, and quality standards at all times.
✅ Candidate Requirements
🎓 Educational Qualification:
Minimum: 10th Pass
12th Pass or Graduates in any stream are preferred but not mandatory
🧑💼 Experience Level:
Freshers can apply
Candidates with 0–2 years of experience in shopkeeping, sales, or customer service roles will be given preference
🛠️ Key Skills Required:
Strong verbal communication and basic interpersonal skills
Familiarity with retail billing systems or willingness to learn
Basic math skills to handle transactions and calculate discounts
Attention to detail in stock handling and store presentation
Ability to manage crowds or customer queries calmly during peak hours
Honest, disciplined, and punctual work ethic

⏰ Work Schedule
Work Days: Monday to Saturday
Timings: 10:00 AM to 8:00 PM
Weekly Off: Sunday (fixed)
🎁 Salary & Benefits
Monthly Salary: ₹13,000 – ₹15,000 (based on qualifications and performance in interview)
