🔄 Shifts: Rotational (Day/Night)

📝 Position Overview:
We are hiring motivated Picker/Packers for the Blinkit warehouse in Sector 72, Noida. This position plays a key role in our daily operations by managing order selection and packaging. It’s best suited for energetic individuals who enjoy hands-on tasks in a fast-moving work environment.

🔧 Core Responsibilities:
✅ Pick items from shelves as per mobile order instructions
📦 Pack and seal products neatly with correct labels
📲 Scan items using handheld devices to update order status
🧹 Keep your work area clean and organized at all times
🤝 Work with other team members to meet daily targets and dispatch timelines

🎓 Who Can Apply:
🎓 Education: 10th Pass (minimum)
👥 Age: 18 to 35 years
💪 Should be physically strong and able to carry packages
🗣️ Must understand basic instructions in Hindi or English
📂 Prior experience in warehouse, logistics, or delivery is a plus but not required

🎁 Job Benefits:
💵 Guaranteed monthly pay: ₹16,000 – ₹17,000
