📝 Job Description
We are recruiting Picker/Packer personnel for our warehouse center in Goregaon, Mumbai. This role plays a vital part in ensuring accurate order picking, secure packing, and on-time shipment of customer deliveries. We’re seeking energetic, reliable individuals ready to work in rotational shifts within a high-speed logistics environment.

🔧 Principal Duties
Pick items accurately using hand scanners or manual pick lists
Pack products safely, following packaging procedures and safety guidelines
Label and prepare orders for timely dispatch
Maintain a clean, organized, and safe working environment
Assist in inventory control, restocking, and periodic stock checks
Strictly follow operating procedures and safety standards
Consistently meet assigned productivity and quality targets

🎓 Candidate Requirements
Minimum Qualification: 10th Pass (SSC)
Prior warehouse/logistics experience preferred but not mandatory
Physically fit – able to stand for long hours and lift moderate loads
Open to working rotational shifts, including nights and weekends
Basic understanding of warehouse operations is an added advantage
Must be punctual, detail-oriented, and a team player

💼 Compensation & Benefits
🪙 Monthly In-hand Salary: ₹13,500
📈 Gross CTC: ₹17,000 (Including PF & ESI contributions)
🌃 Night Shift Overtime Pay: ₹108/hour
