Picker / Packer Jobs in Sector 49, Gurgaon
🧾 Job Role – Picker / Packer (Blinkit)
📍 Location: Sector 49, Gurgaon
🏢 Company: Blinkit (through third-party manpower partner)
💼 Job Type: Full-Time | On-Roll or Contractual
💰 Pay: ₹16,000 – ₹17,000/month (including incentives)

📌 Responsibilities:
📦 Pick grocery and stock items as per customer orders using a handheld device/app
📤 Pack goods securely and label them properly
✅ Perform quality checks before dispatch
🤝 Coordinate with delivery team for handover of packed goods
🧹 Maintain cleanliness and organize stock in the warehouse
🛡️ Follow all warehouse safety and hygiene practices

👤 Candidate Criteria:
🎓 Education: 10th / 12th Pass
📅 Experience: Fresher or 0–6 months in warehouse/logistics preferred
🔞 Age: 18–35 years
👨💼 Gender: Male
📄 Documents Needed:
🆔 Aadhar Card
🧾 PAN Card
🏦 Bank Account Information
📑 Police Verification (if necessary)

⏰ Shift & Work Details:
🔄 Shifts: Rotational (Day/Night)
📆 Working Days: 6 days/week
🕗 Working Hours: 8–12 hours/day (based on store requirements)
