📌 Role Summary
As a Picker/Packer, you will be responsible for handling fresh and frozen non-vegetarian products, ensuring accurate order picking, proper packaging, and maintaining hygiene standards in a cold storage environment.
🔧 Key Responsibilities
📦 Pick and sort items such as meat, seafood, and frozen goods based on order details
📦 Pack products securely using approved materials to maintain freshness and quality
🧼 Maintain cleanliness in cold storage and packing areas, adhering to hygiene protocols
🔍 Inspect items for expiry dates, labels, and quality before dispatch
🤝 Coordinate with warehouse supervisors and delivery staff to ensure timely dispatch
📋 Follow all company SOPs and food safety regulations

🎓 Minimum qualification: 10th Pass
💪 Physically fit and able to work in cold storage conditions
📱 Basic smartphone usage for order verification and communication
📍 Must reside in or around Howrah, Kolkata
🕔 Flexible with shift timings (morning/evening)
📦 Experience in warehouse, logistics, or FMCG sectors is an advantage
