💰 Salary & Benefits
Monthly Salary: ₹16,000 – ₹17,000
Additional Incentives: Performance-based incentives (₹1,000–₹3,000)

Possible meal allowance or night shift bonus
Weekly off and overtime payment (if applicable)

🕐 Working Hours & Shifts
Shifts: Rotational
Morning: 6:00 AM – 3:00 PM
Afternoon: 3:00 PM – 12:00 AM
Night: 10:00 PM – 7:00 AM
Days: 6 days a week (1 weekly rotational off)

📋 Job Description
Pick products according to online customer orders
Package items properly and tag for delivery
Scan items using handheld device/app
Ensure shelf stacking and stock maintenance
Report broken/missing stock to supervisor
Maintain hygiene and safety at the workplace

✅ Eligibility Criteria
Education: Minimum 10th Pass / 12th Pass preferable
Experience: Freshers; up to 6 months experience preferable
Gender: Male candidates preferable
Age Limit: 18 to 35 years
Documents Needed:
Aadhaar Card
PAN Card
Bank Account Details
Latest passport-size photo
