We are actively hiring Picker/Packers for warehouse operations in Bijnor, Lucknow. This hands-on role involves picking, packing, and preparing customer orders with accuracy and speed. 🔧 Key Responsibilities:
Select items as per order sheets or scanner instructions
Pack products securely and neatly following company standards
Label packages and ready them for dispatch
Maintain cleanliness and order in the warehouse
Support inventory checks, restocking, and reporting discrepancies
Follow safety protocols and meet performance targets

🎓 Eligibility Criteria:
Minimum Qualification: 10th Pass
Prior experience in warehouse/logistics preferred, not required
Physically capable of standing, lifting, and active work
Open to night shifts and weekend rotations
Team player with good punctuality and attention to detail

💼 Salary & Benefits:
Fixed Salary: ₹16,000 – ₹17,000/month (includes PF & ESI)
Additional ₹108/hour for night shift overtime
