We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Quality Controller for a well-established facility in Hinjawadi, Pune. The job requires inspecting, monitoring, and ensuring product quality during the production process. It is ideal for candidates looking for long-term employment in product quality assurance for the manufacturing or logistics industry.
🔧 Main Duties:
Check raw materials and end products for defects or quality variations
Perform random checks during production to confirm standard adherence
Maintain labeling accuracy and packaging standards
Record inspection findings and report quality issues
Coordinate with production supervisors for rectification actions
Document all quality-related activities against SOPs
Follow all safety and compliance procedures
🎓 Mandatory Qualifications & Skills:
Minimum 10th/12th Pass or ITI/Diploma (technical stream preferred)
Experience: 0–2 years in quality inspection or related functions (freshers with keen observation skills welcome)
Attention to detail and adherence to quality standards
Basic familiarity with quality tools, checklists, or documentation
Effective communication and teamwork skills
Ability to manage pressure and meet deadlines
