Job Summary:
We are hiring a motivated and target-driven Sales Executive to handle lead generation, customer interaction, and sales conversions. Ideal for candidates with strong communication and persuasive skills.
Roles & Responsibilities:
Generate new leads and convert them into customers
Explain product/service details through calls or field visits
Achieve monthly sales targets and maintain daily reports
Build and maintain long-term customer relationships
Handle follow-up calls and customer queries
Identify new market opportunities and competitor insights
Participate in marketing and promotional activities
Skills Required:
Strong communication & negotiation skills
Confident and goal-oriented
Good customer-handling ability
Basic computer knowledge (Excel/CRM preferred)
Ability to work independently under targets
Qualifications & Experience:
12th Pass / Graduate
0–2 years experience (Freshers welcome)
Experience in sales, tele-sales, or field sales preferred
Salary:
💰 ₹12,000 – ₹25,000 per month + Attractive Incentives
