Job Description
JOB DESCRIPTION
Company: Bistro by Blinkit
Role: Team Member (Kitchen) – Semi-Skilled
Key Responsibilities:
- Preparation of vegetarian and non-vegetarian dishes
- Maintaining high standards of hygiene and cleanliness in the kitchen
Work Schedule:
- Rotational / Variable Shifts
- Note: No night shifts for female employees
Shift Timings:
- Morning Shift: 6:00 AM – 3:00 PM
- Afternoon Shift: 3:00 PM – 12:00 AM
- Night Shift: 10:00 PM – 7:00 AM
Mandatory Qualifications:
- Minimum 10th Pass
- Must be able to read and understand English & Hindi
- Minimum Age: 18 years
Salary & Benefits:
- Net Take Home (NTH): ₹14,835
- Night Allowance: ₹1,500
- Additional Allowance: ₹700 (Applicable from 2nd month of joining)
- Fixed CTC: ₹20,000
Additional Benefits:
- Retention Bonus: ₹3,000 (Every 3 months)
