About the Role
We are hiring smart, energetic, and target-oriented OTC Field Sales Officers for field sales and retail market expansion.
Key Responsibilities
- Visit chemists, medical stores & retail outlets daily
- Promote and sell OTC products in assigned territory
- Build strong relationships with retailers & distributors
- Generate new business opportunities
- Achieve monthly sales targets
- Conduct market surveys & competitor analysis
- Submit daily sales and visit reports
Candidate Requirements
- Experience: 6 Months – 1 Year in OTC / Pharma / Field Sales
- Qualification: 12th Pass / Graduate
- Good communication & convincing skills
- Self-motivated and target-driven
- Bike & valid driving license preferred
- Good knowledge of local market
