Key Responsibilities:
Deliver grocery and essential orders promptly and safely to customers in Madurai.
Ensure accurate handling and delivery of items.
Maintain a professional and courteous attitude while interacting with customers.
Collect payments when required and verify customer details.
Follow traffic rules and company safety guidelines at all times.
Resolve customer queries or complaints professionally.
Maintain cleanliness and proper condition of delivery vehicle and Blinkit delivery bag.
Update order status in the Blinkit app to keep customers informed.
Collaborate with the Blinkit team to ensure smooth operations.

Requirements:
Minimum qualification: 10th Pass.
Valid driver’s license and access to a two-wheeler for deliveries.
Good communication skills in Tamil and basic English.
Familiarity with Madurai city and local routes is preferred.
Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
Physically fit and capable of handling delivery responsibilities.
Smartphone with active data plan for Blinkit app usage.
Prior delivery experience is a plus but freshers are welcome.
