Job Opportunity: Picker Packer – Warehouse & Logistics
Company: Best Concern Services Pvt. Ltd.
Location: New Delhi (Multiple Warehouse Locations Across the City)
Salary Range: ₹16,000 – ₹22,000 per month
Job Type: Full-Time / Part-Time / Contract

Key Responsibilities
Accurately pick items based on order slips or digital scanning systems.
Pack products securely to avoid damage during transit.
Label packages with shipping and tracking information as required.
Ensure correct quantity and quality of items before packing.
Maintain cleanliness and organization in the warehouse.
Assist in loading and unloading of goods when required.
Work closely with team members and supervisors to meet daily targets.
Follow safety procedures and wear protective gear during shifts.
Report any product damage or discrepancies to the team leader or supervisor.
Keep track of inventory and update stock movement in the warehouse system.

Skills & Qualifications
Minimum education: 8th/10th/12th pass (any stream).
Prior warehouse or packaging experience is an added advantage.
Ability to read and understand packing slips and labels.
Basic understanding of numbers, quantities, and measurements.
Physically fit and able to stand for long hours and lift moderate-weight items.
Willingness to work in shifts, including weekends or overtime if needed.
Strong attention to detail and accuracy in work.
Self-motivated, disciplined, and reliable.

Working Hours & Shifts
Shift Timings: 9 AM to 6 PM or rotational shifts
Weekly Off: As per company policy (rotational or fixed)
Overtime Pay: Eligible as per shift requirement and labor law norms
