Job Role Description – Store Associate Job in Gurgaon
As a Store Associate, your responsibility will be to manage daily store operations and provide support in handling products, customers, and inventory. Candidates will help in product arrangement, stock management, billing support, and maintaining cleanliness in the store. The role also includes assisting customers, checking product availability, and ensuring smooth store operations. Freshers and experienced candidates both can apply for this job. Good communication skills, teamwork, and a positive attitude are important for this role.
📋 Key Responsibilities:
• Prepare vegetarian and non-vegetarian dishes
• Maintain high standards of hygiene and safety in the kitchen
• Assist in food preparation and service as per orders
• Keep the kitchen clean and well-organized
• Coordinate effectively with the team
🕘 Work Schedule (Shift Details):
• Rotational / variable shifts
• No night shift for female candidates
🕐 Shift Timings:
• Morning: 6:00 AM – 3:00 PM
• Afternoon: 3:00 PM – 12:00 AM
• Night: 10:00 PM – 7:00 AM
✅ Eligibility Criteria:
• Minimum qualification: 10th pass
• Must be able to read Hindi and basic English
• Age: 18 years or above
• Prior experience in kitchen/food industry preferred (Freshers can also apply)
💰 Salary & Benefits:
• Net Take Home (NTH): ₹19,338 (including bonus)
• Additional ₹700 (from the second month onward)
• CTC: ₹20,788
• Retention Bonus: ₹3,000 (every 3 months)
