Key Responsibilities:

Implement Standard Operating Procedures: Develop and enforce housekeeping SOPs and evaluate staff performance.

Resource & Inventory Management: Manage cleaning supplies, laundry, and optimize resources efficiently.
Staff Training & Backup: Provide guidance, training, and cover staff absences to maintain seamless operations.
Relationship Building: Collaborate with internal teams, suppliers, and clients to maintain a professional and coordinated environment.

Requirements:
Minimum 2–4 years of experience in housekeeping or facility management.
Certifications in housekeeping or related areas are a plus.
Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
Ability to maintain high standards of hygiene, cleanliness, and customer service.
Proven track record of managing teams and optimizing housekeeping processes.
